Some users are reporting an issue with completing their order. The problem seems to be that when they press “place order”, nothing happens.

This seems to be the case and we have our tech team working on it to see what is causing the problem and how to fix it.

Please note that you HAVE NOT BEEN CHARGED is nothing happens. You are only charged if your order is successful and you see an order number on screen and in your email.

If you are having issues, you could try to complete the order on a different device or try it later.
